Roles and Responsibilities#

Super Administrator#

Super Administrator is a designation reserved for the most senior administrator of the MetaCRUD system. This role is responsible for the overall management of the MetaCRUD system and its peripheral components. Examples of responsibilities would be refreshing API keys for agents.

Systems Administrator#

Systems Administrator is a designation reserved for the systems administrator of the MetaCRUD system. This role is responsible for the overall management of the MetaCRUD system and its peripheral components. This role maintains documentation of the topology, operation, support, and other such technical documentation. This role also periodically performs maintenance, testing, and support activities.

Controller#

Controller is a designation reserved for business controllers typically responsible for managementation of time and financial resources. This would include banking, payroll, accounting, and time keeping information. This role typically is less technical and privy to sensitive information not widely accesible.

Developer#

A developer is responsible for the development of the MetaCRUD system and its peripheral components. This role works off of designated scopes and budgets(both time and expense aspects) and is responsible for handing off additional functionality to the Systems Administrator for comprehensive documentation, testing, maintenance, and support post deployment of functionality.

End-User#

An end-user is an organization or person that benefits from the functionality offered by MetaCRUD.
