Agents#
Agents are interfaces to external services to be managed and interacted with via API. The agents must be assigned an administrator account which is admin@metacrud.io where all organizations may be located within the main/agency account.
Certain agencies contain sensitive information and have an additional administrative layer(controller@metacrud.io). Examples are Paychex, Mercury, and Clockify. These agencies also will typically have an approver(charleswinans@cord.consulting).
